Sunday was my niece's birthday and yes we did the Chuck E. Cheese thing. we closed the place down, we were the last ones to leave. Here are a couple of pics from the photo booth that was right next to our table and took a couple dollars from me......

Get ready my new Cali friends, I'm on my way!!!! I'll be heading out to Temecula on thursday morning with Mom & Pops, and my favorite 12 year old traveling companion-my son Michael. It will be a real family affair! I'm getting lots of pretty shabby Christmas items ready for all you gals. I can't wait to see all the new friends I made from last time. Yesterday was a busy day, first I had my class at Blissful Living Studio. Yea! it was a great class. Two fun ladies from Utah here on a girls trip. What great thing to do. They took my class in the morning and then they were gonna take Beth's class in the afternoon. Great way to spend the day. Here are the pics I took of the class.. The beginning, the class kit.

The beginning of beeswax. I call it craft therapy. Smashing the little beeswax pellets is like popping bubble wrap, and we all know how much fun that is!
Here are Heather and her Mom showing off thier finished pieces. They loved it! I can safely say I have two more beeswax addicts. They were already thinking of what to make next. Thank you girls, it was a fun morning.
Next I wanted to share some photos I project I have brewing for the Studio in December. These are tag kits that I am putting together for a couple of events that are happening in December. Stay tuned for more details. These will be extremely affordable-under $5! Take a look..

When I go on a trip on a plane I always pack my creating kit. It is a bag filled with stickers,scrap paper, a little journal book(Objet Truve'), and lots of ideas. I hate wasting time, and sitting on the plane is so boring. So, I take out my bag and start creating. It passes the time so well. While I was traveling a few weeks ago, I made these pages in my Objet Truve' book.
Each page is about 4 1/2" x 6". It is a way of creating something everyday. I try to. ALmost everyday I do. Whether it is an ATC,canvas, or a tag. It keeps your creative mind moving. And sometimes traveling you don't get to be creative, this little idea helps with that.
I really love this one!
The only thing that sucks about creating on a plane is NO SCISSORS! SO, you have to tear everything. Which in a way is kinda good because it forces you to think a little more about what you are making and how to achieve what is swirling around in your creative mind. IOne day I'll take a picture of the creative kit I use. Really, it is just a bunch of baggies with scraps and embellishments thrown in it. Very intricate and sophisticated :}

I made this awesome beeswax canvas for a customer I met in Temecula last August. She saw one of my tags like this image and wanted it as a canvas for her studio. I LOVED the idea, duh? why didn't I think of that. I am little infatuated with religious imges lately, andthis one is so beautiful.
I love it! Hopefully she does too.

I have a few more Kc Holiday Mart photos to share. These are all from a vendor called Art by Amy. Amy Labbe is her name. She does a vendor booth justice! Her booth is like walking into a gypsy tent. I love it! I spent more time in her booth just taking in all the fabrics and and junque-like props than any other booth. It is a junque girls fantasy booth. SOme of the pictures didn't tuen ou so great because the lighting was a little bright, but I think you will get the idea, plus I'm not sure if I was even allowed to take pictures. I don't want to copy her jewelry ideas , I just love the decoration of the booth space.
The jewelry was just dripping from everywhere!
This is what you see when you look up in her booth. Rich, fancy velvet and brocade fabrics with fringes hanging everywhere. It is so beautiful.
This is one view looking into her booth space, you cna see it is filled with everything a junque girl could dream of. My vote for best booth decoration.
