Paris Montana Studio & Boutique

 
Thursday evening Heidi and I opened Paris Montana Studio & Boutique in Old Town Scottsdale. All I can say is WOW! What an amazing turnout!! The store was filled with eager friends and customers waiting to see what we had put together. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all that came out and supported us. This is the "boudoir" part of the Boutique where you will find my Tattered Bliss line of altered vintage slip dresses and Heidi's hand picked designer fashions.

 
The other side of the store is all the jewelry creations and accessories. The displays we found are very indie-chic. Love them all!

 
 
 
Here is the rack of my Tattered Bliss line of altered vintage slipdresses. They were a huge hit! Several have new homes with some lovely ladies. More to come too!

 
We have to thank Miss Linda for letting us use this piece in the store, it is for sale and it was a prop used in a Ralph Lauren photo shoot! How cool is that? Every fashion boutique has to have a little Ralph in it!

 
 
Our girl Miss Jessi Osborn(she's on Facebook) provided us with Devils Chambord(Devils Food Chambord Truffles) Yummy!! and Chocolate covered strawberries. She is brilliant with her catering. Look her up for your next event. She is amazing!! Ask about her whoopie pies!

The store quickly started to fill up, it was awesome! Pretty soon the mannequins were starting to get bare!

 
Shelly and Pauiline in our velvet stretch corsets. Pauline bought the one she is wearing. It is one that I altered and added a bustle to, cuz every girl needs an outfit with a bustle!

This is what we felt like at the end of the night, wow! Tired!! It was a super opening, again thank you, thank you! We'll see you at the shop. Heidi and I will be there working in our studio putting together more amazing creations for you!

Marburger Farm Show

 
I had to head over to Marburger Farm to see all the loveliness that it delivers. This show held during Antiques Week is a magical show. There are the best dealers of vintage and antique goods that there is to offer. Some of the displays are just inspiring. So much detail and attention is paid. Take a look.

This is my favorite booth Mandie's, it is full of vintage carnival games,prizes, and props. I have the info for her, I'll add it later, can't find it at the moment. But she does sell on ebay and was featured on Season 3 of American Pickers.

This was the Coufal House on the Farm. There are several out buildings that are filled with dealers and artists. This one caught my eye because of all the beautiful light fixtures.

The highlight of going to Marburger was getting to hang out with and be on the Junk Mafia radio show. You can go on their website and hear their radio broadcasts online about recycling-repurposing-and re-loving. Miss Fancy interviewed me about my Blissfully Traveled magazine and my travels to where I sell my vintage finds. It was fun, my first radio interview, just cool. Texas Parties

 
On Sunday night in Texas the ever gracious Theresa Cano held her Blog Party. It is always fun to meet people that you follow on blogs and see Published in your favorite magazines. This sweet gal with me is Gina Galvin of Peacock Park Design. She was featured last year in Where Women Create. her studio is just a dream! She was so cute and fun! She gave everyone these cool bangle bracelets that read "I'd rather be in Paris"

 
My California Girl Joy, and I think her friends name was Riki. I can't ever remember people's names!

 
The sweetest gals on the planet Jolie and Amie, AMie is going to shoot me for this pic but she's too dang cute to take a bad picture anyways! They were so awesome, they brought JG Swag Bags for everyone at the blog party. Of course, I got there late and missed one because I was working at my booth. Jolie is a sweetie and hooked me up with some JG goods later. Yippee!!Are you loving their Thelma and louise tshirts??

 
This I LOVE!! This one lady, can't remember who, put this belt together.  Soooo dang funny! So need to find one of those Cougar car emblems!

 
My other California friend Miss Katy was over-joyed that she got to wear some Paris Montana jewels to the party. She's so cute.

 
And my traveling partner Meg stopped on the way to the party to have her picture taken with this guy. That's what he does all week long is walk around and post for pics for money. This is the craziness that you see all week long. Can't be mad at his hustle!

The fun part about this night is, is that there are two parties going on. This was at Royers cafe that has a live band playing every night and the night of the Prom it gets pretty crazy over here! So many people!

Texas Antiques Week

 
Time,time, time...oh how I love the time spent in Warrenton for Antiques Week! The drive is the worst, but it is sooooo worth it. Love,love,love it! It's the most fun I have all year. I love meeting all the new people and reuniting with long time friends. It was a blast to meet all the gals that came up and introduced themselves as blog followers. Thank you all so much. That is such a great feeling. As I leave to come home, I think about what I am going to do and bring for my next trip back.

 
It was so cool that John and Robin from Magnolia Pearl came over to go inside my Bliss Lounge. They are seriously the nicest people you'll ever meet. Soft spoken and just sweet. How cute are they?

Yes, pink is the new black! As we pulled up to Zapp Hall to set up for the week, my eyes grew bigger as I started seeing these cutie pies!! Bobby had it all set up for the pink trailer parade for the show. Can you stand it??!! These two belonged to 2 other dealers that were set up selling. They weren't open to go through but I did get a special tour, yippee! The Shasta in the front sold during the show for $3500!! It was perfect and ready to go, nothing needed to be done in it.

 
She wasn't expecting pictures so it wasn't perfect inside, but who cares when you are sleeping in this cutie pie! Love the seat covers!

This is my new pink Texas friend, she loves pink as much as I do! I had to get her picture in front of the Bliss Lounge.

 
The Bliss Lounge was a hot spot for photos as well. These girls were having too much fun! They had tanks printed up for the show, and their husbands were in tow with the drink wagon! Keepers!

Paris Montana Studio & Boutique

 
 
I am so proud and thrilled to announce an amazing partnership I have the honor of being a part of. This Thursday April 7th in the evening in Scottsdale,AZ we will be opening a boutique sharing our creations and finds from our travels. We also have an open studio in the boutique where we will be working on our creations as you come to the store. We have been working like gypsies and it's almost time for you all to see what we have come up with. You can see a few sneak peeks on the Paris Montana blog. We will have our Grand Opening reception with Champagne and Truffles provided by our over the top talented friend Jessi Osborn. We hope you can make out for an evening amazing creations,art, and friends.

 
Here is just one of the newest creations from Paris Montana debuted this past week in Texas. They were a huge hit, and several orders were already made. You have to see these eco-chic lined burlap pants. And the corset, beautiful!

 
How about this sweet little number on this gal??!! She looked so damn adorable in my slipdress! Yup! She bought it! More of these will be at the Grand Opening!! See you there!! And yes, tomorrow pics of my over the top-amazing trip to Roundtop, Texas!! I need sleep!!
