I'm going a little backwards in my posts here, but that's the way my life is at the moment! Oh well! This picture is for all my AZ friends...this pic was taken in Franklin, TN. The trees were absolutely gorgeous, bright oranges, yellows, and reds. Loved looking at all the Fall colors. Doesn't happen much around here in Phoenix, so I have to take in what I can.
So, on October 29th Bobby and I went to Franklin for an event called PumpkinFest. Franklin is this amazingly cute little mainstreet oldtown kind of town. Old buildings revamped into cute little shops and businesses. LOVED this town, I could live there! It was our first time showing the jewelry we make together, and it was a hit! We now know we are on to something here. People were buying it and putting it on right away, now that's cool!
Since we were near Nashville, you know these guitars were a huge hit as well.
This is how busy the booth got for most of the day. It was insane! So many people.
This self-proclaimed "concert ho" loved the guitar necklace. She cracked me up with that line! She says she goes to every concert she can get to.
The cool thing about this show was that EVERYONE dresses up, and if you know me, you know I love Halloween! These two girls were too happy to have their photo taken. Love their costumes!
So, next it was up to Mt. Carrol, IL where Bobby's workshop is at so we could work on our stuff for the CMA MusicRow Live party. We had less than a week to make a TON of product! This was Halloween night in downtown Mt. Carrol. Cute and quaint little one stop sign town-YES, one stop sign! Loved it though. The old buildings, I just love.
Since I was the "out of towner" or "new girl in town" myself along with Bobby were choosen to be judges for the town Costume Contest. Ummm yea, there were tons of kids dressed up!! How do you choose??? This was only half of the kids. They have a parade that starts at one end of town and then ends at the Community Center.
We also gave out lightsticks that the town provided. So cute!
This I just thought was funny. It was at an amazing restaurant called Bella in downtown Mt. Carrol. If you ever are in this area, you must go to this place. It is gorgeous inside and the food is the BEST! I had pumpkin soup, and was in love. Soooo good! It is quiant, quiet and just all around nice people. So know you got to see a little of what I was doing and where I went. More to come..Christmas Village is next!
Blissfully Yours, Tricia
