Boho Farm and Home Spring Show

Saturday I got to be a spectator- aka Shopper! and go to a local flea market, which I whipped thru there in about 45 minutes and filled the truck! Then, I scooped up my Mom and had her come with me to my new friend Caroline of Boho Farm and Home's Spring show. Her home is absolutely gorgeous!! I fell in love instantly. You'll see why..

There were lots of shoppers in such a pretty garden setting.

Farm fresh fruits and veggies were the best to be seen.

Had a blast just being a shopper, and not a vendor. Even though I had to rush through, because now I'm on my way to Texas to be a vendor, and cant' get there fast enough!Yippee!! Hopefully my internet will work and I'll get to post pics from the show, cross your fingers!

A Look Back-Texas

So this week I am going crazy  trying to get ready for Antiques Week in Texas at Zapp Hall. My house is full of projects and treasures being prepped for packing. My Mom, Sister, and Dad have been a huge help-thank you!! And still helping! I haven't ran them off yet! Poor them, they keep coming back for more punishment-lol!

So I thought I would share some of my favorite photos from past trips. This was so cute Robin and John of Magnolia Pearl were walking by and asked if they could go inside and see my trailer-um yes! Get yer behinds in there! They looked so cute hand in hand together. Can't wait to see all the new creations they've made. They're space is always so magical at Marburger Farm.

Going to Teresa Cano's Blog Party-always held on the first Sunday of the show-if you are here-it's a must go. Just fun and relaxing meeting all your blog friends. This pic was taken with Gina Galvin of Peacock Park. Her amazing studio was part of an article in the awesome publication Where Women Create. Her atrium is amazing! Want one!

This set up in front of my trailer got alot of comments-it's just fun. Hee Hee

Can't wait to see these sweet ladies of Junk Gypsy, and hear about new adventures on their horizon! And get a new JG tshirt! It's a must! My Thelma tee has been officially dubbed my road trip tee-always gets me to my destination with good luck! LOL

And of course going to the JG Junk O Rama Prom!!! Yippee!!! Got your outfit yet??

Hanging out with these crazy guys! Bobby Boyd Designs and we are bringing all the new jewelry and other awesome creations we have collaborated on!

Going to the lovely Marburger Farm and seeing my Junk Mafia friends! Check out their radio show online! Good times!

Texas on my Mind

I've got Zapp Hall on my brain right now. SO much inventory to create and so many ideas are flying out of my head I can't keep up, on top of Bobby calling with new ideas and Heidi too! I'm in big trouble! I've been enlisting the help of Mom and Dad almost daily, and then tomorrow Sister is coming to help too! My house is a beehive of activity and treasures everywhere! Gaaahhh! Anyways, thought I would show a couple of pieces that I made yesterday. This first one is an exclusive to Zapp Hall, who doesn't want to have a great reminder of their fun times had at Zapp Hall?? This is perfect-some of Bobby's tin pieces and a little sparkle, because honestly, sometimes I think a little sparkly fairy dust swirls around Zapp Hall(or maybe that's dust?) LOL

This piece of tin has 3 awesome colors to it, including PINK so you know I had to put a bit of pale pink rhinestone to it. These and so much more are coming to Texas in a week! OMG-time is flying! Much to make, gotta go, but I will post more pics this week! Have a great weekend!

Urban Renewal by Sweet Salvage

Yesterday was the monthly opening of Sweet Salvage, and I was ready-cash in pocket, camera, and just ready to shop! Finally, just a shopper and not a vendor, right?? I was meeting cutie Lisa Johnson there who was in town visiting. I was playing tour guide again. While standing in line, Kim pulls me in and says "Do you have your camera, I say Yes, she says good- take pics and be a Guest Blogger, Yippee!!! I'm in early!! Off I went!

There were great displays everywhere! Urban Renewal was their theme this month, and pops of Spring were placed in vintage tin boxes.

All over was little drawers and chests filled with goodies, it was almost like you were on a scavenger hunt!

This chaise was totally gorgeous, but when would I actually have time to lay in it, right?? Maybe you could!

This lovely vignette was in Heather's space. My favorite of all. The shutters, lighting, and those chairs are...yummy! All of it!

This beauty I would give up all my furniture for! This velvet tiffany blue victorian sofa greeted everyone as they walked in the door, and said "Buy Me! Buy Me!" LO--ooovee it!

Pops of Spring color were stragetically placed for you to get inspired about all the decorating you'll want to do after you take all your goodies home from Sweet Salvage! I've posted many more pics on my FB page, and some on Pinterest, just search Sweet Salvage. SO much to do!! Texas is coming up very soon! Hope you like, Sweet Salvage is open through Sunday 10-5. Hurry, they restocked last night!

Urban Barn Fabulousness!

Had one of the best and most fun times at the Urban Barn this past weekend. There were more vendors that some great vintage and handmade items. It was fun to sell and shop! This photo is from inside the Barn. It is a vignette inside MaryKay's booth. Her booth is always displayed so lovely, this color combination is gorgeous!

Here are a few of the treasures that I brought with me. The very old wicker table was from the 1940's and so awesome. It went to a good home.

The "girls" that always travel with me, LOL.

I found these way cool vintage military bags last week and added some vintage tags to them give them and updated look. And yes, they're gone too! yippee!

One of my new Etched Copper necklaces. lo-oooveee!!!

The best part was, I was next to Keys Creek Lavender Farm, and got to smell fresh lavender all weekend long. These are soaps that they make and sell. Love these!

I was drooling over this altered slipdress that my other booth neighbor Annie of Dragonfly Dreams made. So pretty and delicate.

We had a new vendor at the Barn-Miss Priscilla Cerda and her cute family. That have this great Shasta and brought it along for some more trailer fun! They make some killer leather creations. And the funniest, Priscilla cracks me up all day long!

There was great new vintage displays and treasures throughout the Barn. I wanted this red train case, it was so sweet.

Loved this display above Debbie's booth in the Barn, she always has the most inventive displays. Smart girl! hee hee

Urban Barn Street Faire

This weekend is the always fabulous Street Faire Flea Market at Urban Barn in Escondido,CA. I've heard there are lots of vendors coming this time, which means awesome shopping! Street faire runs Friday and Saturday 9-4. I've also read that Cece Caldwell is doing a paint demo on the new "chalk" like paint. Come and see what all the talk is about! I've got some new and fun things I'm bringing with me, I've been a busy little bee this week! I'll try to post a few pics tomorrow! Too much to do!! Yippee! See you there!

More Marketplace

Here's some more teasing from the Vintage Marketplace this past weekend. Sweet Magnolia Farm made these so gorgeous wired flowers. We loved them to pieces! Their booth always looks amazing!

I always ooh and aah over Debbie's presentation. She has the best of all. Her booth is always so calming and pretty. She always outdoes herself. You'll see why...

I had to take this photo for my Mom, Pussywillows are our favorites. It's an Ohio thing. If you don't know what they are --ask Rita, she can tell you what they are. (PS, sorry Rita I had to, you are the funniest!)

Debbie places fresh lavender all over her space as well. It's so pretty.

This vignette in her booth was truly gorgeous! The swing with the vintage scarves, gaahhh! Adore! Makes me want a porch just to have this pretty swing!

The Vintage Marketplace=FUN!

How can you not have FUN when you are a place that sells cuteness like this?? Oh, how I love Robin's vintage pink trucks. I want them all!!! Heidi got up at the crack of dawn on Thursday hooked up our cute little trailers and hit the highway for a great time at The Vintage Marketplace. I had so much fun seeing friends and customers that always come out and support us all. Thank you to all of you who came out and stopped by. It's always a blast talking with you!

My gypsy-partner-in-crime  Paris Montana. The funniest part from the weekend,well one of them..we are driving back late last night to AZ, and we hatch a plan for a new business venture, we cant even take a break from this one, and we are already planning another one! Calling each other like kids back and forth while we are driving with the ideas that are coming to our heads! Crazy, I know!
